This stock has been hovering around 12 for months. Does anyone have any ideas for the future of this company? Some recent developments seem to show they are moving in the right direction. No one but Jeffries and Co. seems to be following this.

I know the CEO already said to look for less than expected returns, I'm just looking for more hope.

Thanks
