NWAC IS TRADING ON A DISCOUNT TO TRANS. OF 50%. WHY IS THE MARKET DISCOUNTING NWAC WHEN THE EPS IS FULLY DILUTED FOR THE SNAP BACK FROM THE EMPLOYEES' 3 YEAR, APPROX 950 M INVESTMENT. THE EPS WILL BE CLOSE TO $7 SHARE.
