The following post is for the benefit of everyone, particularly the newer investors, it contains some important information about DGIV, the business they are in and where are they going.
I do not do this entirely in a disinterested way, since there seem to be newer investors every day, and I would think that this note, will serve as review of all the work that has been performed by others available in a quicker way. Therefore, once the newer investors become better informed, then they will presumably be more willing to buy DGIV with more confidence. Only my logic.
Personally, I am an eternal REALIST, and I question from time to time my investment, simply because the market is in constant state of change. I believe that is the reason I like charts so much, as they are a constant reminder (and map), of where the stock is going.
I am very skeptic, and above all, I do not trust my own shadow. Having said that I do not recommend this should be everyone's system, as I have learned this over the years. You could say the following about me:

However, do not worry, it is not contagious, and in any event, it can not be transmitted as a virus over the Internet.
Most of the information is a re-post from others in this board and other resources; there may be some duplication in some instances
By no means is a complete study but is a fair review, there are some that I found and believed to be pertinent
Given that I am not one of the original individuals in on this thread, I encourage a review and indeed correction if so warranted by the "elders" of this thread.
At the end of the post, there are some sites that talk about trading, charting etc. read some of it as it will give you an idea of what it is involved, and what it takes to do battle every day. That's right it is battle, make sure you understand that.
Penny Stocks are not for the novice; there are many nasty guys/gals out there that will do their absolute best to scare the hell out of you, in an attempt to take your money. Understand what the Market Makers do, they are a "necessary evil" as common "wisdom" says, they do provide a function which it is liquidity, (i.e. making a market). I personally like to call them "Sons of Satan", but I do it only 1/2 seriously, and 1/2 in fun.
Market Makers are businessmen, and very smart at that. They are in business not to please you, but to make money. The more they trade the more they make. They could not care less if the company they trade with, is going to save the world from the human race. One way or the other, they only thing they care, (as it should be), is how they are going to make more money. Partly, this is why it is a battle, day in and day out, personally I enjoy this thoroughly, I have an incredible amount of fun, and believe me I am no expert, but I am learning, and slowly I am getting better little by little.
The best, (and probably), only weapon you have is information about three things:
1. Yourself. (Psychology, your fear, greed, and tolerance, including that of other participants).
2. The markets. (How it operates, and its technicalities)
3. The company (or commodity) you invest in, (in this instance DGIV, its technology markets, etc.)
At this time, since this already got too long anyway, I would like to make a comment about my "sometimes" contentious nature of my posts, so we clear the air.
I view trading and investing in stocks as a serious affair, yes I would like to have fun, the more the better, because it releases the tension and it makes me laugh a lot, believe me I do. Sometimes I write some of those crazy posts of mine, I sit back and I read them back to me, some, they really make me laugh hard.
May be I am too "foolish" or some would even call me childish, but I do not care one iota. I am convinced that laughing is indeed the best medicine there is, to whatever ails you. I am very lucky because I am very healthy (knock on wood), both physically, and indeed mentally, (albeit the strong disagreement of many, and perhaps, this is precisely what makes me and keeps me mentally healthy).
Anyway, I wanted to explain why I get contentious sometimes; the main reason is that I recognize many times that some people have ill intentions. I do not mind that they are shorters, or even simply people that disagree with my opinion. However, I get really p/o if they come here with lies, and appearing, as they are the proverbial Messiah, that come to "save all of us idiots".
You the DGIV'ters, are lucky because I am trying to reform my language. I say this not in a pretentious manner, but because my former posts, used to be even worse, far worse, than what you have seen here.
You see, I believe that the use of what I call the "Vulcan" language, (you know all those horrible, nasty, "ugly words" that are "foul" etc.), to be "honorable". If it is used in the proper context. I mean, if you hit your thumb with a hammer, hard. Do you say: Oh bother! or Oh schucks!. Hell no you know what you say, far worse than that.
However, I have to recognize that my opinion is not the only one and that in consideration to others, I have accepted to "clean" my language.. I am doing my best. In the future, I will try to do something else so I do not respond to the resident idiots that pop up from time to time. No promises though.
The last paragraphs are not meant to be any apology of any sort, simply a mere explanation. I believe the majority deserves it, I do this out of my own free will, no one asked me or forced me to do so.
My latest display of "exuberance" did have its price, (not by SI), but by now a former friend of mine. Unfortunately, I have to act under my own convictions. I will never give that up, hence I must accept the consequences of my stubbornness (convictions). You can count on me to speak to you with my mind, with my heart and above all with the truth.
SI and I are in very good terms with each other, I believe they are doing a fantastic job for everyone, on another post I will give you my opinion of what I see happening with the Internet, electronic trading and in particular SI. Of course only my opinion.
Once SI did pull a post of mine because I used (I am proud to say), the Vulcan language in a most effective way, (my opinion only), The post contained language, that at times it felt it was actually Klingon, luckily, I saved it for eternity, one of this days I will frame it.
Finally, to everyone out there, reading, do your own research always. For all you know, all of the information below could be the result of a bunch of Internet addicted weirdoes, bent on a conspiracy, (as it has been suggested not once, but many times), with the sole purpose to play an ugly trick on your retirement money, or whatever the hell you intend to do with the money that you invest.

I personally have a big question in reference to the following "Dharma Group, I have not been able to determine which one if at all any of the following two groups is the Dharma group that is involved with DGIV, as noted below, I e-mail the second one and got a response saying NO.
I would appreciate if someone has an update in this matter, as I believe this is probably the most important part of the dgiv puzzle. Thank you in advance.
