I'm not sure the financial info will be "pro forma." It will cover July 1, 1998 through June 30, 1999.

Could you be more specific as to why you think this could be a problem? Especially since they plan a registration in the near future. TIA

Howard,
I believe that since it is not a formal outside audit, they could not provide the results to the SEC. But, they will have to, eventually, to maintain their status and not be relegated to the pink sheets. I believe that they are holding off on a formal audit to gain a good base for exposure to the investment community. Perhaps someone could research when Microsoft was founded and when they eventually furnished a formal audit to the SEC. I am not equating PABN to MSFT, just trying to get a correlation as to time frame
