I just read the government has actually filed suit to stop the merger. Does that mean the merger is going through and the government is seeking to undo it? CPWR's CEO is a pretty principled guy. Maybe he's saying the hell with the Feds and he'll fight it. Maybe wishful thinking....

Well, the Nov 29 deadline is approaching. Will it or won't it be acquired. Do you think another extension for the tender offer is imminent or is it all pie in the sky?
Nothing on the CPWR boards about this that I have been able to find. Do you think selling will be accelerated as the deadline approaches.

Disclosure: Bought 10K at 5.25 based on Briefing.com recommendation a while back.
