HAWKEYE HOPES THAT aauhaa's STORY ABOUT FBI RAID IS ONLY A JOKE!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ANY ATTEMPT BY US GOVERNMENT AGENCY TO THWART A CITIZEN'S FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHTS AND THEIR RIGHT'S TO PETITION THEIR GOVERNMENT WOULD WOULD BE APALLING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WOULD BE TYPE OF STORY ONE WOULD ONLY EXPECT TO SEE ON 60-MINUTES.

If not a joke, hawkeye maybe can understand how aauhaa's vivid choice of words, in an overabundance of caution, could have been misinterpreted in a literal sense as being some sort of physical threat. As you may be aware, for some time Federal Government Agencies have found it necessary to increase security measures in response to threats by international terrorists and other violent hate groups.

hAWKEYE WELCOMES aauhaa TO THE SLUPCITY, USA "PISSING-IN-THE-WIND MARATHON DANCE".

hawkeye is saddened to here about the events you describe.

hawkeye hopes that your story will not have a chilling effect on Sluppie's legitimate presentation of their greivances.

thank you aauhaa for joining-in
and having the courage to share your story with all

In view of the fact that the SEC apparently interprets Mr Chief Justice Rehnquist's words ("10-days") as meaning 10-years, it is not totally surprising that they also misinterpreted the words of your letter as being a physical threat.

I am glad you came forward to tell your story and let people know there are others as frustrated as us who post on this thread. I HOPE ALL OTHER SLUPPIES THAT READ THIS ARE SENDING THEIR LETTERS AND E-MAILS, IT DOES MAKE A DIFFERENCE.

If the SEC can take the time to go to all that trouble of notifying the FBI about your letter than maybe the FBI will take our complaint and investigate the SEC and see if their is any wrong doings going on at the SEC.

THERE IS NO REASON THIS INVESTIGATION SHOULD TAKE THIS LONG.

OT(ish): aauhaa. Did The Search Warrant that authorized the search of your home by the FBI and the LAPD bombsquad, (https://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=11781158) reference the Securities and Exchange Commission? Or suggest that the search was to be made at the request of, or as the result of information supplied by the Securities and Exchange Commission, or its being the result of your letter to the Securities and Exchange Commission in which you complained about the SEC's (mis)handling of the Solucorp case? Did the Search Warrant specify what the object or scope of the search was to be, or otherwise explain the purpose of the search or why the search was to be conducted?

Just wondering.

aauhaa, hawkeye understands that there are several reasons why you may not wish to discuss this any further. If you would rather not respond to this question, that be OK with hawkeye.
