Opinion of ENE?

They are late to the party for broadband services, IMO. The de-regulation of the electric markets is viewed as negative for many utilities --- I'm not so sure that these guys aren't going to make mistakes as well and look at how high the valuation is -- it is still a capital intensive biz -- increasing borrowing costs and carrying costs have to hurt. And the price of fuel is not going down right now ... I guess a lot turns on their competitive edge.

I'm going to do some digging ...

MB,

Do you know of an investment instrument that is heavily invested in European Government Bonds? I am holding DSI and was wondering if there is a more pure play on Bonds in Europe, other than owning them outright.

I Have mixed feelings on going long the US Government Bonds at the moment. The CRB index is clearly going north and IMO this is not good for longs in the US Gov's (bills, notes or treasuries). Do you have any thoughts on this - other than "long the CRB". <ggg>

MB,

Do you have any "fair value" numbers for VASO, TGX and DRMD? Thanks for the advise on on the GZ's. They have been a game worth playing.

Thanks in advance.

Joan

Cheapskate Alert, OurHouse is offering $10 off a $10 purchase at DealofDay. They do charge $2.95 shipping. I just ordered a couple of Lysol disinfectant sprays which I was going to buy at the store for real money. <g>
