Jim,

Bad, bad, bad, consumer spending. I hope your boy AG, can do something to stop this horrible beast. A very efficient way to stop the middle class from spending is to have a recession.

Looks like the 1.4GHz T-Bird is about as real as the 1GHz PIII.

Jim,

Your msg makes my head feel really heavy. However, a nice read. Thanks for having the stomach to write it up. I still don't think AG will spoil this election year. Greed is good. Fear is better. AG is smiling:~)

Re: Scumbria, and others that dare read this...

Jim,

Nice post. I agree the fed is trying to play catch up. Too bad this AMD story didn't start 2 years earlier, huh?

Jim,

This was a great post of yours from last summer:

Greenspan has to fight the wealth effect of the market AND a major tax cut....this is why I think there are more hikes coming and Alan is still behind the curve...

BTW: This was my response to that post:

I hope your boy AG, can do something to stop this horrible beast. A very efficient way to stop the middle class from spending is to have a recession.

Looks like he succeeded!
