Well what's a banker living in an Ivory Tower going to do?

just sit there on his own gold plated ooosik???

some might with a grin, but they gotta show da (bag)shareholders dey NO how to (massage)manage the loan portfolios.

So they beat up poor l'il ole Ecuador for a measly 5 million interest payment (courtesy of their other ooosik buddy ML)....

Wait until they get a default of billions...

we'll see them having the defaulters over for dinner with a guest appearance by you know who... ex-potus.

owe a little they will spend twice the amount coming after you.

owe a lot, make a new friend.

Got puts?

The layoff announcements are really starting to build. I am afraid to say that it is very likely only a trickle at this point. We saw the dot-bombs doing it months ago, but it's the big, established companies that are coming out nearly everyday now. These types of jobs are not all held by some 28 year old engineer-type who is mobile and has savings/assets from the tech boom to rely on. Nope, this is just starting to hurt.
