How do you know that he did not consider it to be harrassment? Because the harrassment was allowed to continue for a very long time from the first offending post where she posted Lisa's private info. I assumed the administration at Ihub didn't care whether it was or was not harrassment since they allowed Jenna to continuously make posts threatening to post more personal information about Lisa. Any other poster anywhere else would have been zapped in an instant for making such threats. Her posts were left up long enough to do the damage. Put yourself in Lisa's position. Here you are a person not involved with a feud some people seem to be having with Jenna and out of nowhere Jenna posts YOUR private info which she has because you are one of her subscribers and accuses you of being one of those people and stating it as FACT. Then no steps are taken to protect you from having your privacy invaded again by a person you have no feud with. Never mind the privacy clause Jenna violated which Pristine would have agreed to when Lisa became a member of their pay website ... the administration of the bulletin board allowed continuous attack and violation of privacy of a member of their website. Why? Because they unfairly favor the violator is my guess. THAT is unprofessional. The administration of IHub owes Lisa a HUGE apology. Matt would probably do it but I don't think Bob would. Lola:)
