Two things,

first, it looks like the markets are finished forming a bottom and are now on an upward path. For how long...who knows?

second, I would be surprised to see this stock back in the 20's ...just a gut feeling. It has done a head&shoulders bottom along with the NASDAQ.

NASDAQ stockcharts.com[w,a]daclyyay[dd][pb50!b200][vc60][iUb14!La12,26,9]&pref=G

When the naz hits the 2000 -2020 area, CHKP could be at $42. From there, who knows?

I think SNWL is very interesting. They maintain that their 700 resellers in North America dominate the small-medium-user market. They have added sales force overseas. They are on quite a growth path.

Both stocks were at more favorable prices a couple of weeks ago, but the short squeeze is on. Now.

Never underestimate CHKP's ability to make large announcements. They are very good at timing their news releases.

I can't tell you if the prices are right. All I know is that the market bottom that took a year to form appears to be over.

<Above all IMHO>

<I am aware of the S-box appliance but have read that there has only been a luke-warm response to this product.>

Could you please print the source of this quote? Since S-box was recently released, I can't see how such a wide-opinion has already been formed....

High end markets are not saturated, but they are more sensitive to general economics. As far as margins are concerned, if they drop they drop during economic downturn; and if they did not decrease during the downturn, they will certainly not drop during the recovery.
