What a crock. Green Peace (another special interest group) has your number for sure. Reforestation practices in Canada are the best in the world. Other products for building homes are too expensive and impractical. The greenery on the plantet has actually increased in the last century because of the fossil emmissions foo

I don't think that rape is correct, There are people here who earn a living, support their families and contribute to the economy through the lumber business. And I may be wrong but I think that the USA uses a fair chunk of Canadian lumber, why does the USA just not cut back on their dependence for lumber.? You also said..." I believe most were already living in the USA or arrived from Europe. Flight training took place in the USA...My point is all of our borders are in bad shape not just Canada and I think most Canadians are sick of loose immigration policies. OMG, you really believe this crap don`t ya? The Oceans algae provide all the oxygen this planet will ever need. And it is a self regulating system as the co2 increases( this happens ever year when the trees lose their leaves) the algae grows faster and produces more oxygen. During the ice age, all of Canada, half of the US, Europe ect. Was under ice. Not ONE tree grew there. In the southern hemisphere the conditions were the same. How did all the oxygen dependent life on this planet survive the Ice age?
