Tom Daschel will pay with his job for the remarks he made earlier this week. Thats what happens when an opportunist miscalculates and swoops on an event like this to advance an agenda. Daschel is a blooming idiot, but the opportunists in Bush's admin - Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz, Powell, Cheney used 9/11 to advance their agenda, and they've succeeded with the invasion of Iraq.

Oh, I agree with you fully. But PT's argument seems to be that
(a) you gotta have a UN resolution to use military force. So where was Clinton's? Carter's?
And if they didn't have one, where was PT and his picket sign? He's admitted he was definitely old enough to understand what was involved and to protest.

(b) If your use of force will kill innocents or children, you cannot do it. Clinton's actions didn't? What military action doesn't?
