All those words defending... I yank a post that violates the rules. And then, spending reams of cyber BS posts xplainin', roundabout, never straight out, as usual, and ending with some juvenile carp like, "Who's your daddy?" Instead of, in the first place, simply answering simple questions asked of you here, like WHY did you zap those posts of Bix's (not that I really give a chit, in detail, just an example that came up), WHICH rules he broke, xactly, and so on. Not a big deal. Bob does it all the time without acting like a dick. Simply civil behavior among adults. Again, not that all the blabla out of you would change the FLAWED -- IMHO (happy?) -- IH chairzapper concept, starting with your chair. Yeah, since 2000 I've watched your antics. You can blabla til you're blue in the face -- as has been stated lately, your actions speak way, way louder! That's false Matt: "99% of the time people know exactly what they did. Which is why our friend Bux 1) made a copy of the post before he posted it and 2) edited it and reposted it after it got deleted, well before hearing from me. He knew he was breaking the rules." As a matter of habit I record a copy of EVERY post I write on Ihub. I do this because sometimes I invest considerable thought and time in a post and past experience has shown that it can get zapped for the most surprising reasons. When I have a copy of it I can edit out a word or phrase that you have mysteriously taken issue with and my effort is not wasted, I can still post it. I absolutely did not know I was breaking the rules, I save every post as it's made precisely because I never know when you will think I have said something that should be censored. I have been going out of my way to try to insure that every post I make will meet the high standards you obviously hold me to. And it's obvious that you have a double standard. The two examples in my previous post prove it: Message 19243698 The fact remains, you still haven't explained how my post violated the TOU agreement except to say it was "peppered with phrases like "come clean" and "fearless leader" and that the post was all about Jim Lurgio. Of course it was about Jim Lurgio, his selling out of IDCC was the subject of my post! Jim Lurgio has tirelessly promoted IDCC since at least 1996 as a rags to riches story and is responsible for the SI IDCC board, two raging Bull IDCC boards and now the Ihub board. If not for Jim Lurgio, most shareholders would not even know IDCC existed. When Jim sells all his shares and admits it publicly, that is worthy of discussion. As far as my post being "peppered" with offensive phrases, anyone who reads the post to which you refer (link above) can see that's not true. Furthermore, I still don't see why you take offense with "come clean" and "fearless leader", that title was coined by "loyal shareholders" and is very descriptive and "come clean" simply is another way of saying that Jim finally admitted he sold out in July but didn't admit it until last weekend. I don't know why you would try to censor discussion of this admission, one that many long-time IDCC shareholders found to be shocking. I'm afraid that anything I write could be material for your censorship. I believe in being civil and courteous but the censorship has gone too far when I can't even use the commonly used and non-offensive terms above to get my message across. If there is more to it that you still haven't let on to then lay it out. I can't believe I paid all that money for a subscription that I can't use and to be kept in the dark about exactly what I have done wrong. I urge others not to make the same mistake. Bux
