Dave,

I often wondered why Elgindy insisted on continuing to post on his board. His lawyer must have freaked on this.

I think it may have something to do with an overly enhanced ego and the idea that he can do no wrong, say no wrong and not be faced with consequences if he did do wrong.

Maybe his lawyer finally explained it to him.

Ed

If he's in exile, it's self-imposed. I haven't suspended him in ages. Heck, I half wish he'd go post some really nasty stuff somewhere so I'd feel like I was really home again. I get nostalgic for the days when my schedule looked like "1. Zap spam, 2. Retrieve lost passwords, 3. Suspend Anthony, 4. Warn some more potty-mouths, 5. Notice it's already 2 in the morning."

I'm also going to be very interested in watching all of this unfold. They had me wondering for a bit, but, for me, the government's case lost all credibility the moment Breen grasped at that huge 9/11 straw.
