fROM WHAT I READ ABOUT ELGINDYS MOTHERS INCIDENT, THE ANSWER WOULD BE YES, HE DID RIP OFF HIS MOTHER.

AS TO FRONTRUNNING, I REALY DONT KNOW THE ANSWER TO THAT.

I WOULD HAVE TO GO READ THE TERMS OF SERVICE ON HIS OLD WEB SITE TO SEE IF MEMBERS EVEN HAD TO DISCLOSE TO OTHER MEMBERS ABOUT TRADES.

IF ELGINDY TOLD PEOPLE THAT HE WAS NOT SHORT AND HE WAS, THIS WOULD BE WRONG BUT I CAN FIND NO LAWS THAT WOULD BE BROKEN.

UNETHICAL YES, BUT WHAT LAW WOULD BE BROKEN?

IT WOULD BE THE SAME ON SI. IF SOMEONE POSTED THEY WHERE NO SHORT AND WHERE, SHOULD THAT PERSON GO TO PRISON?

Well...since you ask:

Did Tony rip his mother off and did tony's mother file charges against him?

Yes.

Has tony ever use a fake id for any reason?

Yes, when he was picked up at the airport last spring.

Has tony ever front run any stocks to his member of his web site and then turn around and said no i do not do that?

Don't know.

But what's the relevance? None of the above would normally be considered a criminal offense. Tony's not in the running for the Mr Upstanding title; he's on trial for very specific offenses.

good questions - and it seems that sheeple agree that the first 2 questions would be answered "yes"

lots of murkying the waters 'bout front runnin' though with some confusion in sheeple minds as he is not charged with front runnin'

front runnin' may not be a crime, manipulation may not be a crime, buttt in proper context, manipulation, including front running, violates SEC acts and regulations. may only be civil violations, with penalties, including foreitures.

criminal is possible, but not the subject of this trial. that's why it is amusing to speculate about possibilities of further trails that may lead from this trial. trails from trials and trials from those trails are possible

and could the trails lead to sheeple? did they further the manipulation? or will they be able to claim "t'aint me" and pass the smell test?

tune in for more trails and possible trials.
