Day late and a dollar short as they say. All Kerry had to do is forcefully call them liars and then stick to his campaign. We barely heard a peep out of Kerry on this and for two or three weeks no word at all. The Smearvets were burning up the TV time by the time Kerry realized he'd been shelled. He made a bad call, or his handlers did. Same as Gore did by not asking for a recount in every Florida county in 2000. The Democrats need better strategists. Orca
