Michael, my answer is #3.

I don't think the current bozos in Congress can get anything right. Even the GOP who is pushing for tax cuts don't really get it. And Obama is going back to doing what he does best: speaking to crowds of admirers.

Meanwhile, I stand by my definitions of "stimulus" and "pork":

Fess up, you are agin any and all spending or at least most of it. So my question is why?

Call me a cynic, but to me it's clear GOP politics...what else would highlight that the program is "billions of pork" at this extraordinary juncture?
