Now that the RE mkt has crashed, this thread has turned into an amalgam of topics There's not enough activity on SI anymore to get a focused thread going that doesn't tend to stray RREPC is about as active as they come and at least leans to the short side Personally, it's difficult enough keeping up with one thread and I can at least scan this thread for some real time perspectives on market activity. Out of courtesy, I think most participants try to avoid getting political during mkt hours There are lots of overvalued stocks that are not pricing in a serious and prolonged downturn Please add your input. I'm sure it's welcome and appreciated by many I took a pretty big hit today jumping on shorts too early. DIN, NFLX, SHW immediately come to mind. Didn't think the wounded bull had another run in it. Fortunately, my gold positions significantly cushioned the blow and probably left me flat for the day.
