The idea that young children cannot learn leaves me speechless.

the baby start learning in the womb

Hmmmm.....so how should we think about that in regards to abortion? I guess you are telling us that abortion is the murder of a human that is already learning?

Perhaps. But its also an entirely irrelevant idea. No one was presenting to you the idea that children can not learn. If they couldn't learn then starting school early wouldn't give any benefits (at least not educational benefits), and no one claimed that was the case. The claim is rather that their are early benefits. That the children who start early are ahead in early grades. But that the advantage doesn't last, and before middle school/junior high they are about even with the kids who didn't start early.

The idea that young children cannot learn leaves me speechless. What do you think kids can only start learning and retain stuff when they reach the age of five?

That makes no sense at all.

The idea that young children can only learn from a unionized teacher in a govt run pre-school leaves me speechless.

That makes no sense at all.
