Marshall, what do you think of Mitel these days? Is it a buy? Any of those other companies? Always searching for hidden growth/value opportunities. (I have hardly ever heard Mitel mentioned around here, it's nice to hear someone has heard of them.)

Marshall, Rod is correct in a sense, the PBX is dead. The word PBX is anyway. But Rod, that doesn't mean the functionality is going away. As a matter of fact, Lucent doesn't call their flagship "Definity PBX" a PBX anymore. It's been called "Definity ECS" for more than a year. ECS stands for Enterprise Commmunications Server. It's already a server...on a LAN if you want, of communications features. So, give it up Rod, the 2 million lines of code in the Definity ECS isn't going to be replaced any time soon by a PC or internet based system.
