Re: Sales rampup

It's a bit more complicated than that. Were it not for the company's need for cash they'd be fine. As long as they need money and are prepared to dillute to obtain it then the shareholders are left holding the bag.

Looks like it may be time for Barker to give the CEO of Lots$Off (OTC:BB LOTS) a call. They recently won a major lawsuit against their financial advisors for recommending a financing deal that backfired. Curiously Lots$Off is also located in San Antonio.

Marshall,

The question actually involves the type of market for which Be There is suited. All the evidence thus far suggests that the corporate sector considers Be There a niche product. Phone lines are cheap and plentiful in the parts of the country benefiting the most from the continued economic expansion. Be There has had ample time to achieve market acceptance, but today constitutes only about 9% of sales revenue. The whole point of Be There was to shift Data Race away from relying heavily on custom OEM hardware. From this perspective, Be There has been a dismal failure thus far.

Be There may be successful, and Lewinsky may be a virgin. I wouldn't bet the farm on either proposition.

Marshall was WAY wrong about the sales of Be There !

Marshall, you have been talking this stock up (or should I say down) with reckless abandon for quite some time. When I posted facts to you about the custom modem sales significantly shrinking, etc., you tried to deflect the importance of what I was saying by alluding to the fact that more sales might be coming that we don't know about, etc.

Back then the price was about $ 8.00.

The company has consistantly been moving the "carrot" in to the future so you and shareholders like you can keep chasing it.

As I said before, one would be better off waiting until the company proves itself, especially in light of their past performance.
