Melatonin is great. I use the 0.5 mg tablets so I can titrate the dose. 1 mg seems optimal. Combine it with a sleep monitoring watch, Fitbit or others, and you can really see the benefit. It also shows that, for me, any alcohol near bedtime leads to poor sleep quality.

The iMask+ protocol prescribes a big dose of melatonin for people that have covid, make sure they get to sleep despite the stress of the disease.

I agree with you about Levin. But I find that I prefer to read rather than to listen ideas. You will note that I said I watched Tucker's opening.

The Melatonin I take is 10mg. I can reduce the amount easily if it turns out to be too much. I tend to sleep in four 3 hour periods a day. It ties in with my need to go so I don't fight it. I am isolated anyway. Chatting here keeps me alert and bright.

I have taken it for years - the dose recommended by Life Extension. Never had a problem.

I take 10mg every night. My daughter takes 2 mg. 10mg barely puts me under and many nights I'm still up at 2am (you may have noticed). Its my Long family curse: sleeplessness.

Melatonin is great. A friend is a world-class authority on sleep. He has no problem with my 40 mg. a night.

Makes for a lot of wild, crazy, and vivid dreams, which I really enjoy knowing, of course, that they’re merely dreams. And though it is easy to forget dreams, I rarely forget them now.

If as Freud thought, dreams are the road to the unconscious, then melatonin-induced dreams are the no-speed-limit autobahn.
