Re: CORRECTION ... MIDDLE AGE PORTFOLIO

I made an error in reporting the position size for BST.

Where the update showed BST at a position size of $3691, it's actually, $6,485.

I should also list the dividends paid per month when I do these updates, I will do so in the future.

Re: Middle Age Portfolio ... Profit Taking and Buys.

Today I decided to take some profits from overweight positions and spread the proceeds out into other positions.

I trimmed shares in .. ADP .. O .. PG.

There is nothing wrong with these assets, I simply am trying to keep position sizes in proximity of each other at this time so that I can use the proceeds to help increase the income generated by this account. In trimming these three positions, I generated $34K in cash and put that cash to work immediately. I spread the cash out between the following assets.

ASG ... 7.83% yield
AVGO .. 2.95% yield
BST ... 5.33% yield (just announced a 10.6% increase so yield will be slightly higher)
LMT ... 3.22% yield
QQQX .. 6.29% yield
TU ... 4.63% yield (new position)
WEC .. 3.03% yield
WPC ... 5.61% yield

The amount of shares trimmed from .. ADP .. O .. PG .. generated $1,072 in annual income. The yield was 3.11% and the 5 year dividend growth was 4.90% for a Chowder Number of 8.01.

The updated adjustments alone will generate $1,593 in annual income, a 48.6% increase going forward. The yield on these adjustments is 4.62% and the 5 year dividend growth is 8.9% for a Chowder Number of 13.54, far greater expected dividend growth going forward while at the same time showing a significant increase in income.
