Read it and weep shorties!

Crystallex International Corporation -

Stock could soar if decision favourable, says
Bishop

Robert Bishop, writing in the February 27 issue of his Gold Mining Stock Report,
says some "surprisingly high prices" could be in store for Crystallex International.
For those on the long side of the Crystallex equation, this happy result could stem
from a combination of a favourable court ruling on title to the Las Cristinas
deposit, along with a clearing out of those who are shorting the stock. The longs
do not have to sell, Mr Bishop states, but if the shorts are on the wrong side of
this story, they will have to buy. Mr Bishop acknowledges he is not clear exactly
what is before the Venezuela Supreme Court, but no matter, Crystallex will
probably emerge with the 12-million-ounce concession. "Whether we get a
decision or, as some believe, an administrative ruling that would make a ruling
from the court a mere formality, I think a win is right around the corner," he writes.

Thank you for the post Fulvio. As you know, Manny believes that KRY is engaged in FRAUD and DECEIT, as was the case in other short sell recommendations that he successfully picked. So really, if he is right
on KRY (which we believe he is) then who's calling the kettle black?

Has any connection between Asensio and the mob been demonstrated?

Fulvio, The fact that he does not pay his debts tells you a few things. It looks like one scheme after another to defraud assorted people. He keeps his money off shore and main residence in Florida, blatant evidence of mob connections.

Fulvio, it's good to see you making an effort to be civil to those who disagree with your point of view. You posted the following as "proof" that Mr. Asensio was convicted of fraud:

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff, NORMAN E. MURPHY, recover from Defendant, MANUEL P. ASENCIO, the sum of Forty Eight Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($48,250.00) in compensatory damages and the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00) in punative damages for FRAUD and DECEIT, the total judgement being fo the sum of Two Hundred Forty Eight Thousand Two Hundred Fifty ($248,250.00), that shall bear interest at the rate of twelve percent (12%) a year, for which let execution issue.

You are convinced that the Manuel P. Asencio referred to above and Manuel P. Asensio are one and the same person. You are also convinced that the judgment referred to above is for real. I'm still doing DD on this play, so here's some questions:

- Where did you get this?
- How do you know for sure that this is for real?
- Who is Norman E. Murphy?
- What did Mr. Asencio do to him to warrant the damages awarded?
- How could Mr. Asencio and Mr. Asensio be the same person with two different spellings?
- Do you know how many Asensios and Asencios there are in the world?

I did an Alta Vista search for Asencio and found ten people with that last name in the summary list I got. Maybe Asencio is a common Spanish surname (any Spanish-speaking posters out there who could comment?).

As you can tell, I'm skeptical as usual. I won't apologize for it. My skepticism has saved me some bucks over the years.
