Hi!

Can somebody please tell me the number of outstanding shares and number of shares in the float?

Also, is there a URL or TSIS website I can access for further information?

Thank You!

Terry,
I too have been dismayed by the loss in price after positive announcements. I have averaged down, and feel more confident about this stock, as the base of users has expanded. Where the company was dependent on AT&T as its main revenue source, there naturally was great danger if it discontinued use. If the revenues are now sufficient, that the expenses are covered, and no more shares are being sold by the company to meet them, (Jane, sorry, I don't know the share count currently and should call the TA to find out) I will be shocked if this stock deteriorates much in the future. I did put in a further limit order today if it slips some. But who knows. If this stock tanks, I'll be burned badly, but such is this speculative market.

Mike

Terry,

This is not strictly true. Look at:

Message 2997901

A bit out of date now and I haven't repeated the exercise since, but some folks were saying the same thing at the time. The share price has risen over 40% since then. I will repeat my concern now about holding gains over the long term, but sooner or later all the news will catch up to this in the form of real revenues and real earnings (you know, the audited kind).

Some of you may not know that a lot of shares were sold into the market by the company at prices considerably lower than we are now. (and a lot at considerably higher prices, for that matter). Nothing underhanded about it, it is a way of raising operating funds. TSIS made no secret of it. I would suspect that we are seeing some of these, plus more that, as you suggest, were acquired at very low cost. Yes, it is speculative, but certainly not unreasonable given the volumes we have been seeing lately.
