I never took the RACE bait and the hard feelings you alluded to are only a response to the veiled threats, intimidation and insults of the Pump. That's the only reason I had an interest in RACE, period. Ignacio knows that, Jonathan knows that, even the Pump knows that. Undoubtedly there are those who invested based solely on the stream of innuendo pouring out of the Pump and when he turns it like a faucet onto his detractors it's like pouring gasoline on the fire. I don't need to tell anybody here about the Pump since they are painfully aware of the situation. I do think I have helped present another side to the BT story which heretofore had been a work of fiction.

Just finished talking with Barker for about 15 minutes. I expressed my grave concern over DR's future and asked the following questions.

Q: Is bankruptcy around corner, especially judging these two days stock performance?
A: Any company runs risk of bankruptcy at certain period of time when no revenue can be generated. But there is no reason to believe that DR is in such situation given the fact we still have sufficiant funding about $5 million.

Q: Can this quarter's revenue exceed $150,000 as reported last time?
A: I am not in position to predict the revenue now. We would report any major sale if it is finalized.

Q: So you have not had any significant sale as of today?
A: I guess so.

Q: Why Inacom could not push hard to make major sales as we were led to believe?
A: During the last shareholders meeting we already made it clear that it could take as long as 9 months for a reseller to get an initial sale(can anyone who attended last meeting verify that?). Plus Inacom had an additional delay. But we are still pleased with their progress made in reacent months.

Q: Is name recognition the major obstacle? or beacause BT price not competitive?
A: Name recognition was evidently the factor when attempted direct sale. With DG and INA, both billion dollar class companies, I think name recognition is not a problem now. From feedbacks we got from our clients and reseller, price is not a issue, as we charge little premium for extra funtionalities. We simply can not price our BT lower that "data only" solutions.

I felt Dr. Barker was tired and worried but did not sound having lost all hope. The only significant information I extracted from my conversation is there seemed another major delay of a major sale, probably intiated by Inacom. And this quarter report is not going to be pretty.
