Dear Pure Folder

As always, a very thought out post. I am going to post this on Ragingbull as I believe everyone connected with wave should read this.

Many thanks for one who has believed in Wave for two years now.

Snackman

The most eloquent post I've ever read. Pure Gold...

Unlike myself who mixed up one of Dave Collins and Steven Spraque's quotes. (it's late) Not that it mattered in this case, but accuracy is very important, especially at this time of nearing critical mass, wrt information about WAVX...FB

I agree with French Bikini a fantastic well reasoned thought out post. We are all word detectives here trying to rationalise out the truth from the snippets of information on which we are being fed.

You may not receive this prior to your vacation but perhaps FB, Wahoograd, etc. could supply me with an answer to the following:

We have all heard about how Wave will obtain revenues from the metering aspect of their chip BUT what and how will they obtain revenues from the security aspect of their chip??????

Any ideas - sorry if this has been covered before?

........Ferrari

PS Captain Jack will submit my vote later today.

Well, Well, Well...

In closing, Marty, I too find your humor and insights refreshing. I will mention, though, that I sometimes struggle through your sarcasm, satire, and hyperbole. At least for me, your real message can get lost. We have a lot of new names on this board, and you come across as particularly informed about the company, generally intelligent, and quite articulate, so you are probably being taken seriously and/or literally by many people. And I'd bet other people are sometimes trying to figure out what all the TOYA'ing is all about.

Pure Folder

Yes ,Yes, Yes............

Love and kisses,
Marty

Losers in a real casino don't get a jury trial, Marty.

"But losers on Wall Street who can point to acts of deceit do--and to a defendant, I can assure you a jury trial looks very much like a second casino all by itself. That casino costs a minimum of $500,000 in defense fees"

So, where's the "justice" in all that he asks .....But only rhetorically..

Point with indignation to the action of deceit
Charade we are
Nobody lies like the indignant do
Playing on Wall Street..

On the "iffiness" of nailing down a deal .. by Pure Folder

I'm not at all pleased that French Bikini finds your attempt to "put me to sleep" the most ELOQUENT post she's ever read. She will want photos.

Pure Folder posts...
"Collins is saying in no uncertain terms that the company follows a policy of disclosing significant definitive agreements, at least with OEMs, when they occur. (I'm not convinced this duty necessarily exists, but nor am I in a position to say, or have enough specialized regulatory knowledge to know.) That doesn't matter. What matters is that Collins is saying that's how WAVX intends to approach the matter."

That being said well enough,
I'd just like to add that we can trust David.. and K. Kappen
For all you new and very refreshing trial members, do call them!
Either at 212-835-8500 for David or 408-261-9510 for Kent.

And just what did Pure Folder say so well?
Well, it was in ( .... )
As always, pay very close attention to the disclaimer.
And don't invest in anything mining on the VSE.

What is said in NO UNCERTAIN TERMS should be taken back.. that's been my EXPERIENCE. I like David because he's "careful." And that's all any of us can hope to be.. for ourSelves and those we love.
Hope I'm not losing anyone...

The thing to do is to isolate the winners!
