Sounds great, Mitchell......thanks for keeping us informed.

Any idea what this means in terms of BNEZ's willingness to release financial info now? They had said they were keeping any financials very secret due to this AOL issue.......does this decision put us past the secrecy stage.....anybody??

dammit!! i neglected to get more BNEZ friday as I had told myself I would... I was trying to get the ask at 30cents.. but never could.

looks like I MAY be paying a higher price monday..

this is some of the most exciting news I've heard regarding a BB stock lately.. it's not like the lawsuit thing is DIRECTLY related to the company and it's ability to perform and execute and generate sales.. so I'm still counting on them to do that on their own.. which by the way... my next post will show yet ANOTHER case of PMA getting out to the public...

anyway, this lawsuit thing will bring MORE AWARENESS to BNEZ which is what I'd stated before as one of the 3 things that BNEZ is lacking..
it's WAY TOO early to know what will happen with this lawsuit but the fact that it wasn't thrown out of court and instead was VALIDATED by the judge... now gives us a possibility of a settlement out of court with some nice figures to go around for the shareholders or who knows.. maybe even a judgement decision later down the road.. although I'd think a settlement would probably occur first... hard to say.. anyone know what the terms of the suit are as far as damages?? what is BNEZ seeking? safe to say this is going to take awhile... so I hope poeple don't jump into this stock on monday hoping for a settlement by tuesday... lol

take care.. GREAT WORK Mitchell... like I said, "BNEZ is my safest penny stock right now and continues to show support at present levels."

jim

ps.. yes, I'll be adding to my position next week. :)

ELIO AND MITCHELL::: got this email... was asked to post it.
--------------

Jim-If you don't mind sending a PM to Elio and Mitchell for me I'd
appreciate it. I called a vendor on Monday, 10/26. I was told that Ingram had PMA inventory at 3 of their sites at that moment. I ordered a copy. Since it was late in the day on Monday, my order was placed by the vendor to Ingram on Tuesday a.m. I had it at my door on Wed., 10/28.Thanks.
------

I noticed this guy said send a "PM" but I'm sure he meant a public message not a private one.. nothing in this seemed private or personal... hope I was correct in this assumption
