I don't know where you get the "continuing declining revenues in the
coming quarters, the stock price will follow". Corky has indicated
that revenues will grow in the coming qtrs, not decline.

Concerning your comments on the technical problems. I have personally worked with SFA on technical problems and I can say for
sure they are highly competent and would not indicate they are "ready" unless they really are ready. The same goes for CCUR, I am
greatly impressed by their expertise.

Of course, if you are an employee of SEAC (yuk, yuk) then you probably do see a lot of technical problems down the road.

But Scientific Atlanta is taking care of that capacity issue
with new products that DIVA does not have.

Scientific-Atlanta Announces Scaleable
Fiber Optic Solution To Enable Up To 16 Times More
Capacity For New Services
-- New Prisma DWDM Transport System will enable cable operators to
incrementally deploy more revenue-generating interactive services ....

Individual investors are going to pay a huge price because they
will not have time to buy it any cheaper.

Last 3Qs rev .....

Rev
====
12/97; 21M
3/98; 20.4M
6/98; 20.2
9/98; 16.9M

Looks like a decline to me .... but I don't have my rose colored glasses on like some do. RT will have to exceed $21M to beat last year's quarter; Corky's spin was accurate if it meant "we will beat $16.9M." Yawn.

It's amazing how many here confuse TRIALS with ROLLOUTS. The cable players all talk TRIALS but others hear this as ROLLOUT.

Get Real. This stuff is intensely complex, and when in the hands of an analog culture, ....... hurry up and wait.

This technology is still on the show circuit .... building interest, understanding, and comfort, rather than taking orders or making money.

If you think cable modems were slow to deploy ... you ain't seen nothin yet.
