A small ray of sunlight. Adaptec wins injunction against Prassi Software on copyright infringement. Suit had been filed in the spring. Maybe not a major development but it could be a further nudge in upward stock price move.

Not to nit pick but according to this yahoo link: quote.yahoo.com your numbers are the same as last week's. I don't see what has really changed in the ratings.
