Pat , This may be a stupid question but I see trading activity in the mini very early , right now , When can the public start and when must we stop, If we can't trade now ,who is trading ?

The DATEK order was a limit order of 40 shares of XLK at 15:18 sell@37. That price was at the center when i sold and the price spent most of the time above 37. I thought it should go? They will probably send me an email today and tell me why.
