BW: More bad news for RACE fans. With Prag's resignation from Liviakis Financial is he allowed to sell his share of the take? Well, can't say I'm surprised. If you take a close look at the language in all of the filings you'll see something the effect that he's subject to the lock-up as long as he's employed by Liviakis after 3/17/99. Thought it a bit odd that they tossed that verbiage in there, now I know why. BTW, where did you come by this bit of news? drakes353

Resignation my ass. Bob Prag has been planning on retiring for over a year now, that's why they brought Tony in about 6 months ago to start in training. Bob is really just going to take some time off, he may return if retirement starts to get to him. Incidentally his shares are definitely still locked up no matter what he decides to do. Why is it I'm the only one brave enough to make these calls to find out the truth? Could it be you like the twisted version better?
