The Nevada SoS has changed it's site, eh - sos.state.nv.us .. I can't find the 'Reasons To Incorporate In Nevada' page that used to be on it .... do you know what I mean? - Janice or jhild posted it on the mtei thread before that one went down, it laid out the relatively quite lax regs on disclosure and share printing etc. What a boggling maze of names and paper ... thought i was starting to get a handle on it the other day, going back through the old posts, but the sun's out here now, it's midnight in Mogadishu and time to garden, the heck with it ..... there is one constant in all this though - sec.gov "Nothing found."
