Steve, I remember this discussed 2-3 weeks ago. 28m of the 31m shares are owned by Sprint. 31m/1283m shares outstanding=.024% It is my memory that Sprint, for some reason is compelled to sell those shares. You can go upstream for that answer. Personally, if I were Sprint, I would divest carefully so that I could fetch the highest price. You could look at it as $28m per $ in share price. I think they will be careful. D.H.

I have read that insider selling activity was a common occurrence with AOL and has been for quite a while. The chart below has hashed in red triangles when this selling has occurred over the last year.
