I took a small position in TRIM today at 7 3/4's. Let me tell you why: TrimFast Group Inc, is making a number of acquisitions positioning itself to be a leader in the nutraceuticals industry. Strategic initiatives that include growth through mergers and acquisitions.

Part of the rapidly growing, nutraceuticals industry, TrimFast Group is a formulator, manufacturer, distributor and marketer of innovative nutraceutical products for both the wholesale and retail channels.

The company's products are targeted to health- and fitness-conscious consumers under the brand names TrimFast Herbal Plus(TM), Immune Blast(TM), Max Impact(TM), St. John's Wort, TrimFast(TM), Sudden Energy(TM), Ginseng Zing(TM), HumaTropin AM(TM), HumaTropin PM(TM), MyoBlast(TM), MyoBlast II(TM) and Kicks(TM) chewable children's
multi-vitamins.

Management estimates current sales momentum could result in 1999 sales of approximately $10 million, which represents a potential 400-percent increase over 1998 revenues.

Here's the best part TRIM has a very small number of shares issued and an extremely small float. How small?

250,000 in the float
