What initially got me interested in RAVE is that it was a $24 stock about 5 months ago, now trades at $4, AND it has a positive EPS. This could mean it is currently undervalued. It bottomed out a few weeks back at $3.25. Here's some backround : 1) They acquire automotive parts stores throughout the mid-South. 2) About 45 stores. 3) IPO at $10 (Nov. 18,1996.) 4) Sales : $10.7M (2Q97) vs. $7.5M (2Q96). (Majority or sales comes from wholesale selling to auto parts shops). 5) Same store sales relatively flat for 2Q97 vs. 2Q96. 6) EPS : $0.00 (2Q97) vs. 0.07 (2Q96). | ||||||||||||
