Welcome to the new, debt-restructured CAI Wireless [OTC-BB: CCAI]... a company recently emerged from Chapter 11 and presently owned by its former bondholders. As the new CAI continues its migration from analog (wireless cable) to digital (video, high-speed Internet access and 2-way wireless data services), anyone considering a long-term investment in this company must consider, at minimum, the following questions:

1) Will the new CAI be able to raise enough capital (equity and/or debt) to carry out its new business plans?

2) Is the new CAI finally in a position to enter into a strategic partnership with a deep-pockets telco?

3) What is the true value of CAI's MDS/ITFS spectrum rights?

4) What is the true value of CAI's investment in CS Wireless?

5) Will CAI be able to compete effectively against other emerging wireless technologies [24 GHz (Teligent), 28 GHz (LMDS) and 38 GHz (Winstar)] in the provision of similar services?

6) Can the current management be trusted?

Hopefully, anyone (aside from daytraders) seriously considering an investment in CCAI will be able to use the above as a guideline for due diligence in evaluating any potential returns (if at all) of this company.

Finally, I dedicate this thread to all former common shareholders who bravely stuck to the bitter end to see their [CAWS] shares become extinguised, even after it became clear that management's efforts to realize a recovery and to protect the rights of its common shareholders were nothing but empty promises.

Zorro
