Introduction Market Data Compact

This Board has been established to share ideas and conversation only with those investors and analyst that research for deep value investments.

Securities that trade at discounts to the following metrics (more can be added):

*Book Value / Net Asset value / Replacement cost
*Freecashflow or Cashflow
*Current Earnings and Future earnings potential
*Intrinsic value / Recent acquisition values / franchise value
*Revenues

Superficial or Hastily done Research will not be tolerated. Accuracy of your research is very important. Keep it short, simple, but well thought out.
1. Please give symbol and indicate the metric or metrics the security trades at a discount.
2. A brief summary of the companies products or service, industry and any issues or controversy surrounding it.
3. A balance sheet breakdown cash and debt including a debt maturity schedule.
4. Risks (Internal or External)
5. And additional information you think would be relevant to the security (potential catalyst, stock option dilution, management capital allocation decisions ,acquistions, balance sheet management, share buybacks, industry pricing trends, main competitors ect.).

An investor taking an opposing view as well as questions are encouraged, but only facts and well thought out responses are permitted. This may help bring to light any weaknesses in your thesis or reveal a potential value trap.
