Last year I bought 200 shares of Novadigm at 21/share. They
do software management and had a couple interesting strategic
partners. I did this despite the fact that Microsoft and others
had products encroaching on their space. After a nifty run up
Novadigm sank like a stone.

I am now holding 200 shares of Novadigm at 7/share. As year
end approaches I am planning to use this to offset some gains
on my taxes. Before I bury this dead dog, would someone like
to step forward and offer a few remarks.
