Introduction Compact

A big announcement is pending with this company and its stock price is beginning to climb in anticipation. (up $0.20 on Jan.10, up $0.65 on Jan. 13 and up another $0.20 on Jan. 14)

Founded in 1986, Jetcom is a leading distributor of Direct-to-Home satellite television products and services, including satellite television receive dishes, receivers, peripheral devices and programming for both the consumer and commercial marketplaces.
Jetcom distributes products through dealers in Canada, the United
States and in foreign markets.

This company is currently issuing an offering of Special Warrants and convertible debentures for gross proceeds of approximately $10 million to close on or about February 15,1997.

The proceeds of the offering will be used to establish a major infrastructure in the United States. The company plans to open distribution/office centres throughout the United States. Jetcom will deliver product and service expertise from key manufacturers throughout the world with the commitment to build and service a dealer network. This network will offer the very best in wireless delivery of home entertainment, education, information and communication services.

Jetcom will develop marketing arrangements and will joint venture
with major Digital Broadcast Satellite (DBS) providers along with
key equipment manufacturers to market and wholesale the most
advanced digital satellite products available in the market today.
The Company is also examining possible distribution and/or equity
relationships with major DBS companies in Canada.
