This thread will be dedicated to anyone who can
attribute serendipity as much or more than any other
factor in a succesful investment or trade, etc. The aim
is to lessen the need for "luck" and educate ourselves
in the endless vagaries of the marketplace in order to
at least overcome bad luck! This may the place to
change your gambling to investing.

The Blind Squirrel refers to: Even a blind squirrel
finds an acorn now and then. and results from my own
(and others by their admission) experience in stumbling
across Green Oasis Environmental on the Five Dollars &
Under forum on my first night on the internet without
even a computer (I am a WebTV subscriber). This blind
squirrel found a GOLDEN ACORN.

Anyway, that's my story. What's yours? I want to
eliminate as much as possible the blindness of investing
for the individual who doesn't have the means to access
the high-powered information, pro and con, that the
really big boys play with. (is that messianic or what?)
