KRA has been negotiating for a major Peruvian prperty rumored near

Kra also has interests with a joint partner Kilo Gold-(GLO:V) in
the Voisey Bay region.

Feb 5, KRA announced a changing of the guard--great news for KRA!!
KRA's new president and Director came from Ballid Enterprises
(BDC-V). This is hugely significantBallid too has recently aquired
property near Ariquipa & they hold several othe major plays.
Ballid's management is very strong with a great track record--they are connected with some very powerful people from
Switerland. BDC went from .35 to over $6 in less than six months
with the above people involved.

This inf. is extrtemely important because in this upcomming news
(supposed to be out TODAY!!!!) it is anticipated that KRA & BDC
will announce a joint venture$$$$$$$$$$$$$.

Furthermore, Cora is ONE OF THE VSE'S BEST KEPT SECRETES. The public
and this investment circle are unaware of this company but not
for long. Cora has 2 promoters working for them. However, the promoters have been cleaning up the stock(shaking out those who do
not believe this news is coming) For several weeks the stock has been
heavily accumulated.

Cora also has plans in the very short term to do a private placement
@ .80 after the news. This also means that a promotion may begin. Cora also plans to do a second PP @ $1.2-$1.5 soon after.
