Introduction Market Data Compact

Formerly known as Carena Development, split 1 for 5 at around the $5-6 mark, recently placed equity issue. Large financial cash position, looking for growth. A couple of reports out recently think this stock is undervalued based on its real estate portfolio. Large money managers have been taking positions. Trading yesterday at $14.75, I expect this stock to be in the $20-25 range by year end. Any comments?
