The company relocated its operations and state of incorporation to Florida in 1980 and went public on the NASDAQ stock market in 1984. The company began as a distributor of education-oriented toys, children’s books, stationery and souvenirs, supplying to museum gift shops exclusively. In 1997, we shifted our focus from being a distributor of other manufacturers’ toys, gifts,souvenirs, promotional premiums and published products towards the development, establishment and distribution of our own proprietary brands and products. In 2001, the company shifted to a manufacturer model and licensed products to other entities as a principal source of income. Historically, our principal source of revenues had been the sale of products to retailers. In 2008, the company began restructuring and in 2009 exited the toy business. He also was a Senior Level Engineer within the Marketing, Research & Development, and Corporate IT departments within Hewlec Packard. Yonghun Kim - Mr. Kim serves as CEO of Power Profit Investment, Ltd. and President of Asia of Newdea, Inc. Mr. Kim is an advisor at BB&R and also to Moroccan American Trade and Investment Corporation. He serves as a partner at Planet Blue E & P, Inc., and has held a number of other consultant and advisory positions throughout his career along with promoting Korean-US relations during the past decade.
