- Shareholder Meeting Date

April 23, 1997

Alexander News International Inc. announced recently that it has mailed to its shareholders an

associated with that business to Byron Cox, former vice president of Alexander.

this proposed reverse take-over, the Corporation has been advised that its shares will commence
trading on Wednesday, April 23, 1997.
