Original estimated price range $10-12 was revised to $14-16 and finally priced at $16. The stock opened at 30, a intraday high of 32 3/4 and closed at 32 3/8.

The Fargo, North Dakota-based company provides Microsoft Windows NT client/server financial managment software for midsized businesses.
