Introduction Market Data Compact

If you look at Tseng's chart, you can see that support has been rising steadily. Resistance is still holding, but support seems to be breaking thro. I expect TSENG to break thro and jump a few points in about two weeks or less. I also heard thier chip got an award for something. What do you guys think?
