Like others, I am getting very concerned about the Y2K bug--the perceptions of the market in late '99 as the media begins its scare-mongering may cause the markets to plummet. Should we all be in cash toward the end of the year? If we are, will that allow us to, let's say, pick up Citigroup at (a post-crash price) of $5 a share; INTC at $20 a share; and AOL at $30 a share? Can the Y2K panic make us all rich?
