Introduction Compact

This company builds bridges, stadiums, water treatment plants(in India),etc. I found it originally in Individual Investor magazine. I bought at 5.00 it w/to 7.00 within weeks. Quickest $ i've ever made. It has a 250 million backlog, and has tripled earnings. It has slipped back to 5.00 and change recently. I've been watching this thing for months, and seems like a buy. I should add that i have seen some investment newsletters pick this puppy up lately. Any comments are welcome.
